I didn't receive my crypto deposit

I did not receive my crypto deposit. What should I do?

Go to your Profile and click Transactions to check for any pending crypto transactions.
If nothing is listed, please be patient. Crypto transactions can take time as they require multiple confirmations.

You can always view your transaction by obtaining the TXID of the transaction and viewing it on https://www.blockchain.com/explorer/

It's also very important to ensure that you are sending crypto over the correct network. For instance, accidents occurs where users may deposit ETH over the coinbase network rather than the ERC20 network. This is just one example, but there are many different scenarios in which a crypto can be incorrectly sent across the wrong network.

Note: Below is a list of all accepted coins and the number of confirmations required for each.

Minimum Confirmations for each Accepted Cryptocurrency:

BTC: 2

ETH: 10

USDC: 10

TRC20: 10

BNB: 15

DOGE: 12

LTC: 3

XMR: 3

USDT (ERC20): 10

USDT (TRC20): 10

TON: 3

BCH: 4

SOL: 30
